Order Policies & FAQ

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order and lock in your production slot. This deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before pickup.

If you cancel your order after the deposit is paid, the deposit is forfeited — no exceptions.

Refund Policy

Because every mum and garter is handmade to order specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once production has started. If you have a concern with your finished piece, contact us within 48 hours of pickup and we will do our best to make it right.

Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available in the Denton County area. Your exact pickup location and time will be confirmed as your event approaches.

Missed Pickup Policy

If you miss your scheduled pickup window, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Orders not picked up within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date may be considered abandoned, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Design Change Deadline

Design changes (color swaps, add-ons, size adjustments) must be finalized no later than 14 days before your event. Changes requested after this deadline cannot be guaranteed depending on where your order is in production.

Rush Orders

Rush orders (within 7 days of your event) may be available for an additional $25, subject to current availability. Contact us before ordering to confirm we can accommodate a rush timeline.

Color & Material Substitutions

We order ribbon, trinkets, and embellishments to match your school colors and theme as closely as possible. On occasion, a specific shade, trinket, or material may be out of stock or discontinued. If this happens, we will substitute the closest available match and let you know before your order is finalized.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with Lantana Mum Co., you agree to these policies. All designs are handmade to order; slight variations in trinkets, ribbon dye lots, and embellishment placement are normal and are part of the handmade process, not a defect.

Service Area

Lantana Mum Co. proudly serves Denton County, Texas, with a focus on Guyer High School and the surrounding area. Local pickup only — we do not currently offer shipping.
